Black Beam monitor light centered above a monitor on a warm wood desk

Product detail

Beam Monitor Light

USD US$79.00
Unverified demo target — Beam directs light down toward the desk rather than straight at the screen. The 450 millimeter aluminum bar offers three color temperatures and ten brightness steps, all controlled from a weighted wireless puck. A padded clamp fits common flat monitors, and standard USB-C power keeps the installation separate from a proprietary adapter.

About this product

Unverified demo target — Beam adds an adjustable pool of light to the area immediately in front of a monitor. Its asymmetric diffuser aims output toward papers, keys, and desk objects rather than directly toward the display. The effect is functional task lighting for evening reading or a dim room, not a claim about sleep, eye health, or productivity.

A padded weighted clamp sits over flat monitor housings from 8 to 35 millimeters thick. The light bar pivots within the mount to refine where the beam lands, while silicone contact points protect the monitor surface. Three preset color temperatures—3000, 4000, and 5000 kelvin—and ten brightness steps are selected from a small weighted control puck. Turning adjusts intensity, pressing toggles power, and a top button changes color temperature.

Beam draws up to eight watts from a standard 5 volt, 2 amp USB-C source. No wall adapter is included, which keeps the cable routing flexible and avoids an inapplicable plug type. Black and Silver versions share the same 450 millimeter bar, matte diffuser, clamp, puck, and two-meter USB-C cable.
